There’s often a correlation between domain name registrations and significant events, and to help understand this Verisign publishes a top 10 list of keywords used in .com and .net domain name registrations each month.
But it’s often hard to draw the correlation, and this month is no exception. The top keywords were “jumbo” and “solar” for .com and .net respectively. The list in full published by Verisign is below.
